How we refund Boughtcast plans.
14 days, no questions asked
If Boughtcast isn't for you, we refund Pro or Lifetime in full when you ask within 14 days of paying. No questions asked.
How to ask
Email hello@boughtcast.com from your account email. Polar sends the refund to the same payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
After 14 days
Pro: cancel anytime and it won't renew; you keep access until the end of the paid period, with no partial refunds.
Lifetime: not refundable after 14 days.
Campaign refunds
This policy only covers what you pay Boughtcast. Refunds a maker offers their buyers follow each campaign's rules and are issued by the maker through their own payment provider.
